14/10/23 One Of Best Worst Hotel.. 😵‍💫🤢🤢🤢🤮 01. No Room Service 02. No Cleaning 03. Broken cumods 04 Main this is They Don't know How to Talk with Costumer and no manner.. If wish you to Go here pls Check all thinks are ok or not ..becz.. after payment they don't care about you n ur Room.. Only things is Money just Money.. Totally Useless n Nonsense Ever.. Simply :- there's not even 1 good think to say...

I have been chek-in at balaji grand hotel on 03.04.15 and checked out on 04.04.15. I feel asuch wonderful experience with this hotel starting from reception. Staff are very innocent and way of talking is very nice. Hotel Amenties are very excellent. All rooms are a/c with lcd and contiunious hot water supply and free wifi and most important thing that they provide complimentary free buffet breakfast along with staying. All facilities are look like 3 star and price is very reasonable to all.

We were in the Balaji Grand hotel on February 2016 for almost two days. Rooms are good. Staff is cooperative. Only language problem. Food is very good. Reception people are very much cooperative. In short our six senior citizens stay was nice. For next trip we will prefer to stay at Balaji Grand.

I can't even give a single star for the stay, we stayed in 2 rooms where in the starting TV isn't working after that refrigerator's aren't working even the fan can't able to switch the speeds, now the very basic amenity hot water isn't coming in both the rooms I raised a compliant to the service staff in the night still in the morning also I faced the same situation, no hot water and barely coming cool water. I would say the worst stay I have ever experienced till date.

The worst hotel I've ever seen. Management is worst, manager is senseless. He often comes to room and knock the door for ratings. Is this the way the manger treats his customer. Shameless scoundrel. And management is supporting that A** hole, instead of reprimanding. Visiting that motel is the biggest regret i have.

It is located in the city only. The breakfast buffet is ok and rooms are bit small but comfortable and staff is ok. They are giving free amenities like free wifi, breakfast,car parking,laundry services but iam not used, fidge, ac or cooler. Some tourist attractions are near like the mini zoo and one temple is there.
