Budget hotel for ₹1500, staff member really helpful he bought soap and shampoo from outside and gave. Water heater and AC was working fine. Good ventilation form back side lot of parking available

Rooms having good condition well clean , tv working fine ,AC in good condition,heater working but room are old type not well furnished.

Nice tast not bad near by bypass road near petrol pump and vehicle maintenance shops also there nice not bad definitely I like always non veg and Vinay went Manjunatha residence eat veg and non veg both are good not bad very nice want some more improvement

Very worst hotel I hve seen in my life, dnt get fooled by its outer look, food is very worst and it's very costly, rooms r very bad and they dnt even care about the us... can't even give one start for that, plz dnt touch the food even with your hand , it would be in a such a worst, many people cme there for food, even local people, bcoz they dnt hve other options to spend time in a restaurant. I am not writing this review by visiting once, I visited nearly three times...

ambience is excellent. Service is not up to the mark. But considering it being in a place like kuppam it is a good hotel to stay. Restaurant is very bad. Room service needs to be improved.

Nice and quiet place to stay. Lil bit over priced in my opinion. If cleanliness is a non negotiable for you then you might not like this place at all.
