N-Hotel

I booked Room 2 for two days through the Make My Trip app. When I arrived there at 5:30 in the morning, there was no one at the reception. I called them 3-4 times, and after 10 minutes, the manager arrived. He asked my name and told me that I hadn't booked a room online in my name. I showed him the online booking details, but he still refused to check me in. I called Make My Trip, and they connected me with the manager, but he still didn't give me the room. The manager spoke to me rudely.

Irresponsible manager and workers.. Midnight 2am I reached with my family to check in the room.. before day I confirmed with hotel people for room.. But when I reached the hotel at midnight 2am.. they didn't respond. They told me no rooms simply..

Washroom was very very small.... insufficient to take bath also.....very bad room space...very congested

It's a decent place to stay for a day or two. Near the main city and railway station. We stayed for 2 days. The bed n everything is comfortable but the room service is not that good. The aged person on the counter is very helpful. Although the staff asks for more money for any service they provide which we didn't find good. Even to give one bottle they were asking for extra money. So we did self service 😊

Room is good but staff behavior is very irresponsible, in reception one aged person is there he is always talked with the customers rude and always asking extra money. I think if the old person is not there then all good.

Hotel ok but every one asking amount every day we stay 3days in this hotel room are ok but every time they are switching off the water greaser

Hotel is good but room is very small and bathroom is so short.tv connection is so poor . before go to room please check hot water and wifi an normal TV that's it
