Booked two non a/c rooms as a stop over during our journey. 1. No one to help you with your luggage 2. Rooms filled with spider webs 3. Main door, balcony door and bathroom doors were all ill fitting and broken 4. Fan runs only on full speed and makes a racket 5. Spring beds cushioning has collapsed 6. Bedspread and pillow covers were dirty 7. Foot mats were unbelievably dirty 8. Rooms weren’t cleaned or mopped And now for the good part 1. Spacious rooms and bathroom 2. Hot water 24hrs

Rooms: *** Service: **** Location: ***** This is one of the well-maintained APTDC properties (may be due to the history of being under the name of Punnami). Floors are neatly cleaned. Sufficient staff is in place. Rooms are spacious. Hot water is centrally maintained and available 24x7. A/C works perfectly. Remotes will be provided when not found inside the Room. Rest rooms are cleaner and not foulsmelling. Pest-control is needed. Balcony view too available in Deluxe Rooms. 2 Adults are allowed in any type of Room (except in Dormitory) and extra bed (chargeable) will be provided if needed. Staff is quite courteous in entire premises (Reception/Cafeteria etc.). Reception functions 24x7. Special Mention to Cafeteria Staff who were more welcoming and open to take Orders. Receptionist halted us to give Complementary Breakfast (limited qty) Coupons which we didn't expect post earlier stays. Had contact number been provided before reaching the premises, it would have been a different experience. The contact number found in a sign board photo posted in Google Maps by earlier visitors was from Orvakal Unit. Latest number will be posted along with this Review Or subsequently. Need of security guards at the Entry/Exit Gates may be essential since plenty of open Parking Space can attract outsiders for random chitchat. Dairy items are must try Paneer/Butter Milk/Milk etc. Location is in it's Prime. This place is near to Kurnool City Rly Station and Busstation (old/new not verified). Plenty of ATMs and Bank Branches are in walkable distance. Sightseeing spots too are reachable by Share-Auto if needed. Biggest plus of the premises is it's abundant Parking Space though Open. CNG isn't available in Kurnool. All major Petrol outlets are within reach.

Rooms were nit good, poorly maintained immediately needs paintings. Pros: location, parking facility , staff Cons: poorly maintained, washrooms and walls need to be reworked. Not value for money, booked AC room through Aptdc found it overpriced with respect to facilities. I would recommend not to book.

1.Haritha hotel in kurnool is for private business. 2.If u see, outside people who are not guests will frequently visit and embarass us with their looks. 3.Coming to complimentary tiffin section in the morning is worst,2-3 people will be there for food service but none are responsive.if u see the compound of this for breakfast,there is common point for outsiders and insiders.they are busy in selling the tea and tiffin. If u see the plates and cups which are served, u will not eat here.No proper or minimum hygiene is maintained here. 4. While eating, sweeper will clean the premises. 5. They will not provide towels and not change bedsheets/ blankets unless asked. 6.Coming to the dinner section,only limited food options in rice is available.That too it will be not served hot for room service.Better eat outside in any restaurant. 7. Lastly, the location is inside from main road for entry. 8. It is not very much near to any pilgrimage place.

Ambience is okay Rooms are sooo spacious one can ask for extra bed on additional price U will get both hot and cold water Compared with other hotels here reasonable prices Parking is so spacious Good for families also

Good room and service location . I stay one night with my gf .Another hotels asking marriage card. But this hotel is very good they ask only Adhar card only.Both me and my gf

An OK hotel for temporary stay and if the purpose is to just sleep in the room during the nights.. It served my purpose. But room cleanliness can be improved.
