Grand Navayuga residency

To be clear, I have never stayed here but I've visited here to book rooms for guests as this hotel is very popular and considered one of the luxury options in the town. Everything was decent except the smell. The rooms smell like cigarettes. Not a single room that I found that doesn't smell like cigarette smoke. AC and smoke are a very bad combination. Had to choose the competition.

Honest review don't stay here many new hotels build up here try it . There is no option for negative feedback, if so I will give !! Worst man handling ever checked in 6:30am no reminder for check out when I'm late by 1hr for checkout they were asking for 1900Rs a day charges for 1hr !! WTH even star hotels having a grace time period worst here. No charging sockets were working near the bed, Room isn't cleaned for the second day stay wash room buckets were contaminated with algae. AC isn't working room service were saying wait and check for 1hr for the functionality of AC. Such bullshit !!

Tried some veg recepies like corn starter...it was over fried and heavily seasoned with chilly powder....and other iems are average....more cost also...hence I strongly recommend not to consider this place for a dining option
