SPOT ON 813704 Hotel Chanukya

Don't ever book here. We booked online from Agoda and when we reached the hotel, they denied us checkin and stated that they are not associated with agoda as the price in Agoda is less. The hotel staff is greedy and rude. We had to book another hotel and we still didn't get refund. Worst experience.

Worse experience, frauds, avoid this place. I had booked this place on 18th May 2024 via makemytrip. I had made online payment for this place. I had the following issues: a) The moment I parked the car, the person in charge came and asked me about the booking. The moment he saw vehicle from different state, he told he will not give rooms. The hotel gives online booking for only one adult and you have two adults. b) later after going to the reception he told we don't have online booking. I asked him to see the email confirmation he told I have not received any money, call to the call center and get back your money. c) I had to fight with him for half an hour, he was not ready to give the room, I asked him to give back my money, he told I will not give any money. I came to the hotel with my wife and kids at night 10 in the night. The person in charge was fighting with me. d) I asked him to give me in writing that he will not give me room. He told he will not give. I had to again talk with some other person on the phone and even he was arguing the same and was trying to take advantage of the situation. Later after half an hour fight with him finally I got room. e) the lodge is in a very pathetic condition the moment I got out of lift someone had put all their dresses and inner garments on the corridor. It didn't look like a place where you can stay with your family. f) when I asked for a bedsheets the person asks why do you need a bedsheet? Very horrible management. Cheaters trying to cheat customers and they absolutely don't have any courtesy and decency. I request makemytrip not to mention this lodge under their name. I had the worst experience ever. The room is not even worth 400 rupees.

Scammers alert .. The management is scammers . They will ask for extra money depends upon situation. One price before reaching one price after reaching .. Rooms are just average and the air conditioning can cause severe headache as the maintaining of air conditioner is not at all gud . Full of cigarettes smell , stains on sheets , blanket is so dirty .

Rooms are pathetic and rates mentioned all over the website is wrong as per them. Booked rooms through OYO and the denied checkin saying they need additional money. Not sure if OYO is fraud or these guys are. But the rooms are really dirty from what I saw. As per Google it’s a 3 star hotel, I could see stars only in the sky!!

This hotel is not luxurious but it’s ok it is centrally located and having basic amenities and also the cooperative staff which is always ready to serve you . Hotel don’t have own restaurant but whatever you need you will get in 10 min just because of the prompt staff always ready there for 24 hours . I am staying in this hotel almost last 10 years just bcs of the location and the services This place is specifically for business travelers
