Receptionist is the worst type you will find in this city. No continous water supply( they close the valve) and u need to call the worst receptionist multiple times to get basic things like water. A/c was broken( u cannot change the temparature, u have only two options either on or off). Mosquitoes are plenty available for company. Their lift system is DANGEROUS. I felt unsafe for the first time in my life using lift.( lights go out midway, it completly stops midway and then again restarts after 2-3seconds) so i took stairs most of the time. Worst hotel in nellore but priced like other good hotels. I checked out next day[ spend only maybe 8hrs] and moved to another hotel due to above reasons.

We had a group booking in this hotel. Rooms are spacious however they are not maintained well. Most of the rooms were dusty and unclean. One of the room's door got stuck and was not able to lock when we went out. And another room water was leaking from the AC.

The worst..! Was accommodated by others for a function here. Such a trash this place is. No cleanliness, no hygiene, no maintenance. Lift was horrible. Rooms and washrooms were dirty. I've never stayed in such a dirty place before. Service was poor and everything about this place makes me to give it a zero.

Very very unhygenic hotel. The staff appears and behaves like mercenaries. Stayed with family at the hotel, the bedsheets very soiled and full of stains. When asked to change, the staff stated that the store is closed and they cannot do anything. We paid 1500 cash as they only insisted on cash and when demanded bill they refused to provide one. We felt quite scared, think twice before going for this place.
