Today we went there for lunch and ordered veg manchow soup, veg paneer special biryani. The manchow soup was served without manchow and we asked for it they brought stale manchow which had bad odour. When complained the people were not responsive. Finally they served fresh ones. There wasn’t cutlery on the table and with the biryani they didn’t serve raita or gravy. For everything we had to ask and the serving was very late. For the money we are paying we get stale food. I’m definitely not going to recommend this restaurant.

I have visit your resto and bar my bill almost 11,000/- note my disappoint issue i have order thandhuri but server serve the very cool thandhuri i raise complaint on him but he is argument with me my kindly request dont cheat on food product this us my req once back your hotel no one come into your hotel becz of the master and server pls take action on him my visti time is 8:30 will upload chicken tandhuri also pls check once i think this is the very fru ad on food.

The rooms were nice and good.. the food was awesome, but the overall service needs to improve... somewhere during the service they miss out smaller essential things...

I will never suggest this hotel for any one as the customer service was probably the worst I have ever seen. The reception staff demanding for extra money while booking the room shows their worst behaviour. Don't fall for the reviews or the hotel look. As they don't judge a book a by it's cover. The outer look is good but with worst hospitality

We stayed at the hotel along with the kids for a night while on our way to Chennai. The staff seemed willing to understand our needs and promptly helped even though we could not speak the local language. The rooms are clean and spacious with separate toilet and wash areas. Charging points are enough for a family of four. The bed and sheets were clean and odourfree which really helped me have a relaxed sleep after a gruelling journey. I will choose this hotel again in future if I happen to pass through Nellore and need a place to stay for the night...
