D.R. Utthama Hotel

My honest review to hotel management that not a great experience, rooms is not clean, very old, floor is sticky and cockroach 🪳 in bathroom seen. Not a great experience at all. It's just pricy and nothing great. Please provide better rooms at least renewate the rooms wen u charge 4k plus for nothing great!!

The rooms in the hotel are good, cleanliness and the response of the staff. The breakfast is delicious.Some more facilities are to be arranged in the rooms….

I recently had a very disappointing stay at [D.R. Utthama Hotel]. My experience was marred by significant issues with the air conditioning, which forced me to change rooms three times during my stay in mid night. Despite these changes, the air conditioning still did not function properly, leaving the rooms uncomfortably warm. The inconvenience of packing and moving multiple times was compounded by the lack of effective resolution from the hotel staff. While they were polite, their efforts to address the issue were ultimately unsuccessful, and no alternative solutions were offered. Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. The discomfort and hassle of changing rooms repeatedly without a functioning air conditioner made it a very unpleasant visit.

All about 02nd June24, I along with my family went to restaurant for a lunch, it was the worst experience that I had in my entire life. Actually it’s a buffet meal without food☺️ no starters, no desserts, no chicken in chicken biryani finally no proper place to sit because they allowed more members compared to the seats availability in the restaurant. Wait wait wait no proper staff to serve cutlery🫣. I kindly request to every Nellore visitors, just don’t visit this place If you dare to, believe me you’re the darest person Thank you🫡

I would give this hotel 0 star review if I can. It's very old and dingy. It's totally outdated and 90s style hotel. We had a rat in our room and changed it but the new room was bad too. It was inconvenience for us to change the hotel but we had to do it bc we would not be able to stay here. Showers don't even work properly and everything is falling apart. You can see the pics I'm posting as pics speak 1000s of words. You guys need to clean up and update the rooms. This is not a 4 star hotel, it's a 2 star hotel to be honest.

Overall, Pathetic service. Hotel management doesn't care about the customer's basic requirements. Too much noise in the room from the blower and the ac in the room also don't work.
