The rooms and the bathrooms are okay. If you are planning just to sleep and get out then this hotel will work for you. The rooms were clean and we had a decent place to sleep. The staff initially allowed our pet and then started causing issues with our pet. The staff asked us to keep our dog in the basement though we insisted that our dog is housebroken. After some time, the staff just gave up and let us keep our pet in our room. The hotel doesn't have a food service or good outlets close by.

Rooms are good, but not a 3 star hotel, more like 2 star hotel, situated inside a building, parking difficult, big car buttom hits while going inside Parking

Pathetic experience - No Room Service, Expired Products, and Poor Maintenance… We booked 2 rooms here for one night. It was a complete disappointment. There was no room service available at all, making the stay incredibly inconvenient. To make matters worse, they provided expired products (sugar sachets)—absolutely unacceptable and a serious health risk. The property is severely understaffed (only one guy at reception desk who keeps waiting fr someone else to come & provide necessary assistance to the guests), and basic amenities were either missing or not functioning. The staff appeared overwhelmed & indifferent to guest complaints. Management clearly has no control over operations. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

We had booked a family room. If someone is looking for a good stay while traveling towards Chennai, then one can go ahead as it's very close to the highway. The room was quite neat, with clean beds, bed linen and washroom. There are good restaurants nearby for food options. Lastly, all the staff were polite and helpful.

We stayed there on night of 31st December. (Room 403). I would not recommend this for the price they charged. No complimentary water bottles, no breakfast, no towels or dustbins in bathroom, clumsy parking facility. Only when we call the house service, these were provided. Floor towel was dirty. No milk/tea/coffee services also. This was so inconvenient with a baby and after 14 hours of journey. 1 star for the location.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Nellore for four days, and it was such a relaxing experience. The staff were genuinely supportive, even going out of their way to bring me amazing local food. It really felt like they cared! The peaceful vibe was just what I needed, and being close to the highway made it super convenient for getting around. Plus, the prices were very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay!

A Fantastic experience with this stay, We stayed 5 days here with neat bedrooms, executive and standard rooms, Very neat maintenance. Staffs are really so kind and friendly, reasonable price and good location, you can find all things near by - Medical, Hotel, Shopping mall. Very nice experience, Thank you, I will definitely visit again.
