1. Rooms are not up to mark. AC won’t work until you reach manager and ask multiple times. No hot water for sure. No drinking water. 2. Service- all are old people and money minded. You pay extra you will get. 3. Location - definitely not a handy. You won’t get anything near by. Walk walk walk and you will get food, drinking water Finally you will feel frastrated by booking this

Very Poor...1.Bed Sheet Very Derty.. 2.Pillow also Very Derty.. 3.Single Room Very Very Worst...4.No Hot water.. 5.No Shower...6.Bathroom inside pipe line very irritating me...7.Toilet Cleaning Worst..8.Room appearance is very Poor.. 8.Tv is Not Working..This all Problems are today (25-11-2023) so kindly check and change this all problems for hotel management

VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY VERY OLD HOTEL FROM 1990 I AM A REGULAR STAYER VERY GOOD ROOMS ROOM SERVICE BEST GOOD SERVICE BOYS GOOD MANAGEMENT DAILY CLEANING WASH ROOM FLOOR MOPPING WE STAYED IN SUITE ROOM SPACIOUS, AIRY, GOOD BEDS, SOFA, CHAIRS SITUATED IN CITY CENTRE MANY RESTRAURENTS ARE NEAR BY FAMOUS KOMALA VILAS IS NEAR BY WALKABLE DISTANCE PARKING ALSO OK DIGITAL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED OVER ALL STAY IS COMFORTABLE AMBEINCE , ATMOSPHERE, LIGHTING VERY GOOD
