My room was assigned to someone else even before I had checked out. My personal belongings were placed in storage at the reception desk. When I inquired why my room had been given to another guest before my official checkout time, the staff was unable to provide a satisfactory answer. This incident reflects poor management, and I am very disappointed with the service. I would rate this experience as zero stars if I could.

I wish there was an option to provide 0 rating. I booked last minute at Agoda and landed at the hotel, my booking was confirmed. It was late in the night and the receptionist was fast asleep, probably got offended that I woke him, said he doesn’t have any bookings. Made no effort to contact the platform or do anything to help. When I asked for the refund I was told to contact the platform. What’s worse, no one answers phone at Agoda customer care If you’re doing a last minute online booking, avoid this place So an update - after chasing Agoda for over a week now, the hotel has denied the refund. Now I am being asked to prove that I stayed at a different hotel to claim the refund

One of the worst hotels that i stayed in. Bathroom door locks are repaired, overhead shower broke, rats will be your roommate, we need to update the door access card at every 24hrs. Moreover roomservice will ask for tips when we check-in or check-out.

Terrible!! Location is incorrect! Staff drink and sleep without answering calls. No way to contact for support. Pictures Are FAKE!! You Are invited with smell of Alcohol!! And beds on floor. Rooms stink. But do Not worry, they have air freshner handy.

I was given a room at 4th floor which they claim as non smoking zone but not. Rooms are not clean including the blankets. Parking is too congested as this is shared parking. Would recommend for looking for other options that this hotel.

I have booked room in Agoda, there is issue with the Hotel listing as it was listed as OYO but oyo people say that it is not their property, luckily I found their number on Google. Owner has to change the listing from oyo Except this everything is okay but maintenance is bit low side...

Rooms are small, good enough if you want to just stay for the night. Staff were professional. It's mainly used by professionals on visit to Nellore. The breakfast was okay, and was served at the restaurant below the Hotel. There is car parking within the building, underground. Hot water is available in the morning from 5:30am to 11:00am, and also on request. There are three kinds of rooms with little difference in size and amenities.
