Good location and decent facilities, but the bathroom needs attention. No shower and the sink cabinet is loose — be careful. Breakfast had limited options but tasted good. Okay for a short stay if you're focusing on location.

Good room . Good service. Interior designs of rooms are good. Neatly maintained. Only disadvantage is : the parking space is very less. Extremely Difficult to park if you come with own vehicles . Or else remaining things are fine.

Just location wise this hotel is good but facilities being a 3 star hotel and staff behaviour is not at all good. I suggest people to stop booking room online since they won't accept online bookings. They prefer only walk-in customers.

A very good hotel in the heart of the city however worst staff and service provided. Basic hospitality and standards are missing and keeping a good quality hotel at the hands of this staff, Management needs to rethink of their sustainability. We stayed for 3 days and we were not even provided with a proper bill and also they didn't even notify us on complimentary Breakfast. The first day when we checked in the hotel the front desk is getting annoyed to talk to us without any reason. I would appreciate the management can relook into this and keep their hotel in safe hands. Rooms and cleanliness are very good. Do you know the difference between extension and check out of a stay? If i'm continuing the same stay for 3 days why would 3 different check ins come? amenities available should be notified to the guest while the time of check in which is a basic thing in hospitality industry. In any hotel if the guest as not come to breakfast they'll call to the particular room number and check with the guest which didn't happen and your way of replying also shows that you don't want customers to come to your hotel. Furtherly I don't want to debate anything

The hotel rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Also the breakfast was great. Service good.

Rooms are decent enough, however it's good to call them up and book the rooms for a better deal and time. Service was good, Harsha was very polite and a person to go. The location was a bit noisy as it's in the heart of the city, even at midnight I was hearing too much vehicle noise

Here is the good - fast Internet, super good air conditioning, rooms were clean Here is the bad : the linen looked as if it has not been changed, the staff was very courteous and had them changed quickly but the fresh sheets still had some stains. The location is bang in the middle of the city which can be a good or a bad thing depending on what you are looking for. There is no parking, though we were luck to find one single super tight spot in front of the hotel.
