If it is possible to give 0 star rating I would do for this place. Rooms are worst like I can't describe , when I saw them I was shocked like how come the sheets are not clean when asked about it the in charge was like we cleaned and it and this is what they have . When we said it feels like someone else stayed in the room they were arguing with us and gave rash reply that you can complain about it I don't care. One person stuck in the lift and they don't bother to help and takes their good time to help that person come out of the lift. Many mosquitoes , I have to start writing more about this . Because we went late in night we kind of compromised ourselves . Feel bad that our relatives had to stay in this messy hotel and where people are rude. Never in my dreams I will recommend anyone to stay here . I have seen other places maintaining neatly at same cost. Anyone who wants to go there my humble request is not to go there.

I originally booked for & got confirmation for a different hotel. At the last minute, i was told the hotel is fully booked. How could it be? Once it is confirmed, i should have the priority. Oyo authority then allotted another Hotel in Nellore. The Hotel O Esr Guest Inn was of a low quality. There was no service, not even bottled water. He was not ready to buy for me on payment. AC even at 16° was not cool. Fan was not working. The lone manager- cum- service person was not even polite to a super senior citizen, that's me. I have been using Oyo services from it's beginning. I had no complaint. But this was the lowest limit of service, facilities or Behaviour.

We visited easy bookings from Online. It's at Nellore and very good budgeted. We liked the rooms.and. the Hotel and parking also available it was good visiting oyo and even the rooms!! Were more clean and we'll maintained by the staff here and oyo service is always available for the us to get the room anytime we want , the staff here treated us so well!! Very budgeted friendly and staff behaviour is fantastic. Thanks Management

Rooms are spacious and Hotel has car parking facility. Location is also on main road and easily accessible. However, there are lot of mosquitos in the entire hotel. Mosquito repellants doesn't help much. The bedsheets, towels and toilet provided were also not very clean.

Rooms are very very dirty. Hotel pics show in online are graphical pics. If you see any one given good rating,those are manipulated. Completely waste of money. Hotel rooms ,walls, bathroom,beds and maintenance too worst.

Hotel reception is very good humble and well maintained, Guest friendly Hotel. Rooms Maintenance and room service are very good. check in and check out process is very smooth and fast. This hotel is simple superb. We definitely come here in my next visit

This hotel is NOTHING like what it looks like online. The photos and positive reviews seem completely fake. When we arrived, the room was full of mosquitoes—we couldn’t even stay for a minute. It was so bad we had to leave immediately and rush to find another hotel on the spot. The place is not trustable at all, and the staff seemed clueless and unprofessional. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free stay!

Located near highway is the only plus point of this hotel. I checked in at 11 and the room given to me smelt like cigarettes. There were lot of mosquitoes in the room. All-out or mosquito repellent must be provided for all rooms. Don't know where they are coming from. AC was operational. Tv also had some limited apps. Hot water is also available in the room with geysers. Stay was comfortable for a solo person travelling. Don't expect luxury rooms as they are mostly old rooms. Bedsheets were not that great in shape. Decent enough for a person to sleep.
