HOTEL CENTRAL PARK

Atmosphere was not so costly. Lighting for photos was not good. Taste of food was average. Dum biryani taste was bad. But the place of hotel was very comfortable. Very easy to locate, very nearer just outside to APSRTC BUS STAND.Spacious function hall attached with dining hall. Good rooms. But better to arrange some seating at outside restaurant at 1st floor.

Positives: Hotel & catering staff were nice. Overall good experience. Negatives: Decoration vendor doesn't have basic behavior aspects in dealing with customers. Vendor seem to be standard from the hotel. Decoration work was good however incomplete & overcharged. Suggestion: 1. Hotel should be careful in selecting the vendors so that they don't loose customers in future. If the vendors are not supporting/ or if a customer is not comfortable with irritating vendor, hotel should have back-ups in place. 2. Hotel should keep options rather than give monopoly to the undeserving. 3. Hotel allow customers to choose their vendors if they're unable to cater.

Room size is ok. Centre rooms have no ventilation and the side rooms are noisy due to all night announcement at the bus stand. Washing services are poor. Beds are ok and clean and AC works. Restaurant is good and serves delicious briyani. Morning breakfast is tolerable.

You get the feeling of eating a lot of delicious food. The first is the hotel that properly introduced the Buffet Dinner in Ongole. Very pleasant. Very friendly reception and guides. There is a ramp to go for the disabled. Parking will be good.

Worst hotel EVEEEERRRR. Please don't select this hotel even if you don't have room. I am not able to give 0 rating otherwise I would have given 0 or negative rating. I gave for laundry on 15th morning even after 18th morning, they didn't give it back. Food is worst, room service is very very worst. Even for water bottle I called 5 times to room service. Bed is not clean, some allergies came. Even in toilet flushing is not working. Worst feeling ever.

Extremely Horrible Experience in terms of service , Ambience & Hotel Amenities. Can be compared with Rs 300-400/- Lodge. Buffet Breakfast removed before standard time, Had to request several times for drinking water, No hot water for Bath.

Stayed here when attending a marriage. The rooms are huge and clean , air condition worked well. Restaurant offers buffet for breakfast and lunch , selection of items is good for the price. We had slow room service, may be due lot of guests attending the weddings that day. Overall, a nice place to stay in ongole.

Nice, my niece's first birthday was yesterday, the convention centre is nice but the hotel management should really think of the room service they provide. The smelly rooms and the lazy boys! 2☆ is for the room services. It took literally minutes for a coffee to come. P.S. After a long push on coffee again and again. Its not Error 404, its Error 400 instead! (400 is dial room service 😆)
