Not eligible for even one star also. Worst service by the receptionist and very rude behaviour by both owner and receptionist. They don’t have a minimum knowledge of how to cancel the rooms when the customer don’t require it. They have arranged some single rooms for adjustment as all the rooms are occupied on the date we require. They said they will shift as soon as they allot new rooms we booked. They have allotted new rooms on the next day and billed for both single rooms and new rooms also. When we asked they are saying that we should call them and inform them. That is a minimum common sense that and it is in their hands and they can cancel. Worst answers by receptionist and even owner. Every time we should call them and they will never call. I have taken rooms in Q-inn hotel and the same situation happened and they didn’t even charge anything. Never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Okay for a short or long stays, subject to following pros and cons Pros: Located in heart of the town. Pretty decent rooms. Pricing range is fine. Cons: No parking facilities. No boarding facility. Have to get food from outside. But staff are responsive for such requests. Roads are congested hence heck of traffic.

This place is not for people who want the most comfortable and clean rooms and expect that. Considering the location, this hotel serves the purpose if you are here for a quick event. The rooms are pretty basic and the geyser and aircon don't work at the same time. The hospitality is alright and at times it may be a little difficult to manage without knowing the local language.

The hotel is not well maintained. The staff is not trained enough The management is not that friendly natured when it come to room services. The hotel rooms were not neat enough for stay. Bedsheet and towels were not neat to sleep and use after bath. Room services was ok ok, as they have only worker servicing all 15 rooms available at Ashis grand. Though these all distracted my willing ness to come and stay there. The tea stall they have below the building was well praised by friends 🙂🙂 Extra charges for towel used. Intimation to vacate room was immediate in the early morning hrs.

Hotel is neatly maintained. Bathroom might have small maintenance. Owner is strict about the checkout timings. It is located near palakollu bus stop. It is in a busy area.

Waste room service, they not giving bathroom for driver, there is no coman bathroom also.. They not giving respect to human.. Driver asking still 1 hour in morning.. He not allowing to use bathroom for driver..

Rooms are good Service is good But no hot water, even if we ask for hot water the boy will switch on and off within 5 min
