Whenever I travel from Kolkata to Bangalore we stay here.Its been more than 5 to 6 time by now. It seems their management have been changed. This time till now service is not up to the mark. Felt they prefer conversing with male rather than female. The same thing when I told I was not given any importance and was told to sit down. I didn't like their body language and their tone of voice. The same request when my husband told, they seem to be just fine and started facilitating. Rest rating will give post check out.

We stayed overnight in this hotel in room number 208. Rooms are spacious and clean. But the bathroom water comes out, very tight to open shower,water goes down slowly in the wash basin and flushing water doesn't stop at times. The door mat was dirty but was changed upon request. The management must undertake plumbing repairs. Otherwise it's a budget friendly and has locational advantage. The front desk might put you in a deluxe room without asking and try to overcharge. Beware.

Not a good hotel as we found room service personal little overacting. Location is the only plus point. As room wasn't good, we had to change it otherwise we were prepared to change to a different hotel. They changed the room. This is good.

There is no exhaust fan, due to that we will get bad smell even in the room sometimes

Booked through make my trip(MMT), double delux room , when went to hotel with infant to check in around mrng 5 am, the hotel management people said the rooms are full ,after so much waiting for 1hr and saying We will complain to MMT, they arranged a single bed room with extra cot ,should be better if they checked their mails properly or atleast call the person who is about to check in before selling confirmed room to someone.

Nice service by the room boys. Rooms are having cockroaches but cleanliness is maintained.. location is good near to syamala theatre..

Decent stay, bathroom was clean. Limited parking space available (4 cars only). Staff were very cooperative except for the person at reception who changes his words regarding the amount payable as there is no fixed price for the room.
