Hotel Godavari grand

Very bad experience. It doesn't even feel like a hotel, rather it feels like a congested cage without anyone at the reception desk. I had to literally wait at the reception for literally 20mins in to get a room as there was no one at the reception. No one even bothered to come to the reception until I called them 2-3 times. They didnt even had the courtesy to turn the fan on at the reception for the guests. In the evening when there was power cut in the area, the staffs didn't even bother to turn on the generator until I asked them for the power backup . And even after such kind of pathetic service they asked me for tip during checkout.
