The worst hotel I have ever seen for this rental…i stayed at 11&12 dec... rooms are not clean. TV is not recharged. I also ask, no recharge.. if you stay for 3 days they will give 1/2 liter water bottle for first day only.. even if you ask for another day they will not give. lift indication also not working properly. room service also not good response.

Worst experience of life. Stayed at room #103 on 02nd sep. During evening the room was flooded with water to the ankle length. There is no cupboard provided to keep the bags. We had kept it on floor and all our bags and clothes within were soggy and wet. Management took no responsibility. They asked us to shift to room #305. This is a small room compared to the one we paid for. They blamed it to rain and their folks didn't close the main window of the floor and most of the rooms are flooded. It is not our mistake at all. We didn't get any help for the luggage carrying to another room nor any solution to how to dry out wet bag and clothes. It is a pain and struggle. The allocated was a smoking room with cockroaches. Two single cot was provided which cannot be pushed together ( this is what the roomboy said). I let my child sleep peacefully and I slept on chair. Left the room as first thing in the morning. Writing this for the owner to be aware of this incident and action be taken. They don't even have a compliant book to write. No basic compliance is maintained.

Hygiene issues. The room was Filled with cockroaches and the bed sheets were dirty. After complaining, they indicated no one to address the issue. All the concerns about this place in online review is very very accurate.

I am 68yr old. Came with family daughter with a small child. I saw the room agreed for the price and stayed. They provided room in 1st floor. It was flooded to ankle length when we came back. The water came from corridor (outside). They blamed it to heavy rain. Dont understand how can first floor b flooded or was it even rain water. All th baggage and clothes within was so wet. They gave us sub standard small room. When asked, they said that is the only room availability. I couldn't do anything as it was late evening. Decided to stay and left as first thing in the morning. The staff didnt even assist in shifting my luggage to third floor and no assistance was provided to dey the wet cloth. There is no complain book available to register so that owner can take action and train their staff.

Had very bad experience at this place. I checked in at midnight asked them to change the bed sheet they making excuses that person is not there but the guy was infront of me , and showing attitude like they don't want any customer...

The palce to found is very easy and good location to view around it have pulicat lake ,greenfield and industrial sri city area also very near by it. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both hotel where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.I will hopeful to develop with the same.
