During my 3-days stay provided by Orchid Vacation, I had a generally pleasant experience. The morning buffet was delightful, featuring a variety of options that catered to different preferences and made for an enjoyable start to the day. The staff, in general, were very courteous and made an effort to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment. Orchid Vacation given The room service, particularly in-room dining, often took 5 to 10 minutes to fulfill requests. Twinkle, the orchid vacation executive, was exceptionally professional and ensured the holiday was handled with great care. Her courteous demeanor and attention to detail were truly commendable and added a positive touch to the overall experience with Orchid Vacation services. Excellent Quality, but Slightly Pricey I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its outstanding maintenance and high standards of cleanliness. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a well-maintained bathroom that made the stay very comfortable. The overall property was clean, organized, and inviting. The food was another highlight—delicious, freshly prepared, and served in a hygienic dining area. The variety and quality of the meals truly stood out and added to the overall experience. However, I did find the cost a bit on the higher side. While the quality justifies the price to some extent, a slight reduction in rates or more value-added services could make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a fantastic option for those willing to spend a little extra for comfort, cleanliness, and great food.

It's a great place. The man in tje reception is little rude, he can be provided some feedback on it. People come to hotels after travelling for long time so receiving them is very important.

Today I have went to Goutham Grand hotel in Tenali . And I had a great experience in the hotel . Firstly I have ordered "Hara Dhaniya chicken kebab" i.e starters and "Akbari chicken biryani" the taste is ultimate here with very comfortable staff. In a hotel known for its excellent service, the food servicing staff are often well-trained in customer service skills. They are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, which allows them to recommend dishes and answer any questions diners may have. The ambiance of a hotel can really set the tone for a dining experience. For a hotel known for its Akbari Chicken Biryani and excellent service, you can expect a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The decor might be elegant yet comfortable, with warm lighting and stylish furnishings that create a relaxed and enjoyable dining environment.👍😍

I attended my relatives marriage services, food was also good.When order the catering estimation to cook the food is 300 people to attend the marriage but unfortunately estimated limit is cross the people inform to management they arrange the food but inform before 1 hours earlier but the kitchen is closed at 10:00 PM informed by manager.

Before it used to be good ... But now staff is irresponsible and the quality of food was worsen..... Not worthy for the prices in menu... Biryani was uncooked and I asked them about this.. they replied that was the authentic taste of the item what I ordered🤷

I recently went to Goutham Grand hotel in Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, and had a great experience! The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, with a good variety of options to choose from.And I have Tasted the "Shahi goast mutton biryani" the taste is super and I have loved it . Overall, I found Goutham Grand to offer excellent value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a pleasant hotel in Tenali. I'd give Goutham Grand a solid 5 out of 5 stars for my enjoyable experience there.🤝👍

Bad Experience with Reception Guy - Senior Executive - Praveen (very wrong attitude) I recently stayed at Goutham Grand Hotel and have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the rooms and food were quite good, making the stay comfortable in those aspects. However, my interaction with the senior executive at the reception, Praveen, was very disappointing. I found his behavior unprofessional and dishonest, which is not what one would expect in the service industry. As an NRI visiting my hometown after a long time, this was particularly disheartening. I would have to give minus 5 stars for the reception, mainly due to the senior reception staff. I hope Goutham Grand Hotel reconsiders their staffing choices to ensure a better experience for future guests.
