Hotel Princess

A prime location hotel to stay with comfort. Rooms are neat and clean. Service desk is very responsive with courtesy. Reasonable price. Food courts are very nearer to this hotel. Bus station and railway station are about 2 to 3 km distance due to traffic restrictions. Hope you will stay here and enjoy your trip to Tenali.( Andhra Paris).

Well maintained rooms at best price, we checked in 4 members in one room for 2000 with extra bed 300Rs/- Total 2300/- (A/c & TV also provided) for one day stay, Staff are very good at recieving and well maintained bathrooms too.. And local other hotel are charging toomuch compare this prince hotel, every time I m staying here only this is my 3rd visit

I booked this hotel from online makemytrip. As there is no other hotels visible in Tenali, with no other options I have booked this hotel. We can name this hotel as Hell. Issue started from the time of check-in to checkout. Even though the hotel was booked one week before my check-in date & got confirmation. The Hotel Manager denied the check-in. He was told that no rooms in the hotel(lodge). All are sold out. I tried to call makemytrip helpline. Even after confirmation from makemytrip. Hotel Manager is so rude and denying my check-in. Manager was told to me that he can arrange room if I pay cash directly. Which I cant do as rooms can be booked from online only (rule from my corporate). At-last after one hour long discussion, he provided a room. I have booked standard AC room. However, hotel manager provided a small 10X10 room with a fan. The room has all the insects like cockroach, mosquitos & flies. No cleaning of room. It seems room was used for covid patients before that. Bad smell when ever the room door was opened. No drinking water facility. Bedsheets & pillows were not washed for years. As my stay was for two days. I have to bear this without options. Second day a person was locked my room from outside without checking whether any persons inside or not. The wash rooms were really dirty that no body dare to enter. At-last i completed my work in Tenali & during checkout i saw room invoice which was cost around 2500 per day. Shocked as room was not worth of 200 also. Please don't book any rooms in this hotel if you are travelling with family or solo also. These rooms are specially for 1 or 2 hrs 18+works. This hotel has to be rated 0 as there is no options giving one.

Poor service, there is no regulator for controlling speed of fan, rooms are not cleaned, bed is covered half only with single bed sheet. Window curtains are not properly placed drinking water charged extra. (one half is in reverse) room no. 409. Same conditions prevailed in all other rooms. No calling bell or intercom telephone.

The worst experience ever. Very bad rooms, not clean at all. They didn’t even provide drinking water, no toiletries, no towels. The bedsheets don’t look changed since they opened it. The people at the reception are really rude. Too noisy - people were fighting like crazy. Wouldn’t go again and would suggest that no one should go there ever.

Worst hotel and shouldn't be listed in hotel list. Bad location, too far from station, no transport at odd time. Room unfit to stay, water tap broken, water leaking, room full of cigarettes smoke, stains , unclean AC, Cockroach. Worst attitude of reception young guy. Money minded and bad hotel, wouldn't recommend this place for staying. This is not hotel for family but looks for other nasty activities.

This is the worst hotel in all of Andhra Pradesh. The front desk person (morning) is extremely rude and "leki" vedhava. Do not interact with that person. People were shouting all the time, massive fights broke out in the lobby. One lady was screaming at 7am from her room asking someone to wake up. There was no hot water in the bathrooms. The toilets had poop stains on the walls behind them. The parking was pathetic. More than 4 cars and there will be traffic jam in the parking. Do not go there. If you go there, turn around and run immediately.

Worst experience I ever had, they didn't clean rooms at all, and they keep on allotting rooms to customers with used and dirtiest and unchanged sheets in rooms and completely un hygenic washrooms.
