Minerva Grand Tirupati

I have dined at the Minerva Grand restaurant on multiple occasions and thoroughly enjoyed their food. This was my first time staying at the hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations, matching the high standards of their culinary offerings. The hotel's location is one of its key advantages. It is conveniently situated just 1 km from the railway station and within walking distance of the bus stand. Additionally, the presence of a Reliance Superstore nearby adds to the convenience, offering easy access to any essentials. The rooms are well-appointed, featuring spacious layouts, a coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water. The bathrooms are impeccably clean and stocked with all necessary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the staff demonstrated professionalism and a helpful attitude throughout my stay. Given this excellent experience, I see no reason to consider any other accommodation for my future visits to Tirupati.

Luxury rooms with affordable price, big rooms which can be for family as well as for business. Bathrooms could have been changed or upgraded. Overall nice place to stay. Authentic Indian foods and many types of chutneys are a must try.

The best restaurant in Tirupati hands-down. Everything I tried is so delicious and affordable too. Especially their coffee is out of this world. Our family visited this place to have breakfast and freshen up. Totally worth it. Kudos to their services.

It is unfortunate you don’t supply face towels , which is very common in any hotel. Room service and restaurant sufficient delay. In bathroom no support like grab bar , stool for senior citizens

Disappointing Experience with Ongoing Maintenance and Poor Customer Service I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During my stay, the hotel began painting the corridor walls, which caused a lot of disruption with strong paint fumes and noise throughout the day. It was uncomfortable, to say the least, and made it difficult to relax. When I raised the issue with the staff, I was asked to move to a different room, which would have been fine if it hadn’t been for the lack of proper communication. There was no clear explanation of the situation, and the response from management was slow and unhelpful. I expected a more seamless resolution given the inconvenience I was facing. While the room itself was decent, the lack of attention to guest comfort during ongoing maintenance and the poor customer service really left a sour impression. It’s disappointing when a hotel doesn't prioritize the experience of its guests, especially when they are paying for a relaxing and uninterrupted stay.

We as a family stayed here during a weekday. The vallet, bell boys, restaurant staff and the room service team were sweet and helpful. Very satisfied. However the staff at the reception during both check-in and checkout were so rude and having a care a dam attitude. What was surprising was that the staff during checkout-as I was returning the room keys looks away and when asked why he pointed to the housekeeping and said said - you can talk to him. This staff name was Mr.Prasanna. his boss/fellow staff during checking was no better. This kind of behavior is pathetic. The management has to take note.

Good Food and Service, but MRP products are charged 204% ex: MRP printed on water bottle is 20 rupees but charged 42 rupees, restaurant staff mentioned they have permission to sell extra which was disgusting.
