HOTEL GRAND ORCHID

The staff at the hotel were not hospitable, and every service was delayed. During our stay, the hotel was undergoing repairs from morning until evening, with loud drilling noises persistently. Despite informing both the staff and the reception, our complaints fell on deaf ears, and the hotel staff made no attempt to halt the construction activities. We had traveled from Anantapur to Tirupati with the expectation of a restful night following our lengthy journey. However, the ongoing renovation works in the hotel prevented us from getting proper sleep. As for the breakfast service, it was far from satisfactory. The buffet was not fully stocked at any given time, forcing us to repeatedly request items from the waitstaff, who then fetched them from the kitchen. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Terrible experience overall, with numerous issues right from check-in at this hotel. Problems included lack of hot water, delays in changing towels and bedding, and insufficient staff. The management seems very casual and they are least bothered to address the issues event after complaints at reception. Staying here felt unbearable. If you’re considering a budget hotel, it’s worth spending a bit more elsewhere to avoid this place entirely. Checking in here was a nightmare and the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Rooms are good we got a road view room food is good the front office staff are good they received us well hotel is in prime location easily accessible to all transportation.

Recently I booked two superior room in grand orchid . Honest review for the stay . My booking I made through make my trip since I m made it in that they didn’t provide a proper service to me. Firstly the interior work done in room was many broken woods since I had two kids both got hurt in many broken woods next Wi-Fi wasn’t working entirely I complained twice reception person says they will send technician no body came. Next in rest room the western toilet cover was broken no proper itenary in rest room all used one they have kept . In my booking it was mentioned as iron box and hair dryer will be ter in room but it wasn’t present . Many times complained this to reception but no reply . Mainly I should say about restaurant present at the bottom if u want to have lunch for emergency menu will be Onli less no meals or any gaiety rice . But one plus is the breakfast they provide as compliment which was good . Overall I would say I had a ok experience with the stay

Had worst experience. Reserved the room in August itself and the person called raghu assured it's reserved by sharing reservation number. On arrival they said the rooms are over booked and gave a room with separate bed for family. When asked why they say rooms are full. On asking reserved rooms they say he lied to you. Later after 5 hours they give us the king bed rooms

Great experience front office staff taken good care of us especially ms vijaya hotel is near to temples and as it's on main road it's very easy to get cabs.

Overall experience was satisfactory and it fills the purpose. **But the water resource management is too bad**, for example when I asked for hot water , staff at the reception asked me to waste one bucket of cold water (5 litres) and only then got hot water would be coming in. Hence Please take necessary actions by plumbing in.

Super rooms and location also very convenient. Mrs. Laya, lady staff she is very polite. We can visit again and again. They will help us for any location and TTD tickets also. We enjoyed one week trip from this hotel. Thanks hotel Management.
