Good location with all the facilities. The food option taste nice though limited option however, the staff comes forward to help in all the possible way to go the extra mile. One of the staff named Ram is a great professional and ensured a great service along with his team. A great hospitality and humble stuff... Keep it up!

I am thoroughly enjoying my stay at this hotel, and I must say that the food and service have been fantastic! The master chef Mr. vishvanath has truly outdone themselves. I'd also like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Ram sharms for providing exceptional service. As a representative of Kajaria Eternity Tiles, I'm delighted to have had such a wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone involved for making me and my team stay so memorable.

I am really enjoyed the service I.e. smile attitude service by receptionist charming boy Mr Dev, nutritist tasty food prepared by Mr Bishwanath, chef and particularly Manager Mr Ram Sharma who extended every help and cooperation for providing the best service at every step including house keeping managed by Satish Supervisor. Overall service at every step was very good.

We enjoyed a lot and we had a very good ambience and all staff were too good. Restaurant was also good with good food. |We too met font desk girl from odisha she was too good and a Manager Venkatesh was also a fine a .|gentleman. The rooms were too neat and clean.. House keeping were also promt in work.

Rooms are decent. The service however is not that great from the staff or the restaurant waiters. The food is not good either. Had some food by room service which wasn't edible. It's just one big building. There is no aesthetics to this place. It's depressing actually. Wouldn't recommend.

We recently stayed at the property . Very near to the railway station & apsrtc bus stand . The room was specious & clean with a balcony attached . Food & service at the hotel is very nice . During my stay I met chef biswanath , he made some good dishes for us & he is very humble to all guests . I sure recommend staying at this hotel . Thank u

The rooms were spacious and good. The service was mediocre. The amenities were not placed already in the rooms. The soap dispensers were not filled up. The small hand towels were not already arranged in the room. The bathroom was not clean and has only a half glass wall. The other half is open which makes the water splash all over the bathroom and make it all dirty even more. Overall, a mediocre experience.
