OYO Reva Guest House

This is a average property. Check in was ok. No hassles. Asked for my Aadhar card and let me in. The lift just stinks, when you get a feeling that the room is also going to be the same, thankfully the room is decently maintained. Geyser and A/C were working. Geyser doesn't provide water for long periods of time. Wish they provide more towels for people staying for more than 1 day. Not many good restaurants around, you almost have to walk 1 kilometer down the road for a good restaurant. Check out was fine too. Hardly took any time for that.

The guy at the reception controls the AC from MCB outside the room. Towels provided were old and worn out from sides. The bathroom is tiny and sockets don't work near the bed. Room No.103... Not a pleasant stay but okay.

Hi, No restaurant for food AC and TV channels not working. Fan is without speed control. Wash room bucket and mug old. Wc not upto the mark. Flush and gun not ok. Pillow covers not satisfactory. Swiping machine not working, we were forced to pay cash. Rooms were no kept ready at 1.30pm, in spite of informing in advance. Nothing came as complimentary. Not to visit again. OYO to take action.. Bye

No drinking water served. No pantry. All food including tea / coffee / cold drink has to be arranged on our own from outside. A/C is noisy. Rooms are not spic and span.

Worst experience I have ever faced in a hotel stay.... Manager asking extra money even after online payment done for check-in... Oyo n goibibo toll free Nos are Nt working to talk the related issues... So I had very bad experience with this hotel.. If v won't pay the extra money they said after gng to hotel, they won't allow us to check-in.. The so called daffa manager didn't give hotel owners phone number.. Totally it is an illegal hotel dng illegal business with the customers creating so much problematic situations for the money... By saying to customers that.. Give complaint to anybody r cancel the booking like that.. Is that the response to b heard by a customer who comes to check in the hotel for their stay.... It was also located near to Tiruchanoor.. So after coming to hotel by auto r taxi .v can't go back by paying so much money.. So the customers paying the Xtra money which they are asking illegally for their sake... I experienced 2nd time... So very much frustrated.... N writing this review ..n v don't know how many customers has been faced this problem.. So please take considerable action on this hotel n immediately remove from the Oyo n goibibo sites... to save customers from this.. Thanking you

Worst hotel without proper management and I booked an AC room which was dead and I almost died with suffocation and please don't go to this place worst place to stay.

Not sure the old name of the place and review.. we stayed here last week.. The hotel name now stands as sunshine Residency...and on top labelled as triveni residency... Budget friendly rooms.. clean and spacious bed for 2 adults . Have lift facility and car park too...

The rooms are maintained well, neat and clean, The washroom was also maintained tidy. The room was provided with table and chair. The hotel staffs were also very polite and behaved well. Overall average experience.
