NB Venkateswara Grand Inn Hotel

Hi everyone. I stayed in this hotel with my family in a suite room, and I booked this hotel through the Agoda site. I'm impressed with the photos as well as the amenities, so I booked this. I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. There is nothing that they put on the site, and when asked them, they say it's a mistake by the Agoda site, and they didn't put it there, and they are not aware of it. Each pilgrim visits Tirupati with so much devotion as well as for peace of mind. I'm totally upset with this hotel and request everyone, especially families, don't book this hotel as the hotel is below standard. No amenities as mentioned in the Agoda site. It's not easy to find the hotel through Google Maps as it's inside a street, the road is full of waste on the roadside, and you cannot walk along the road. No good restaurants nearby. Not hygienic. Don't know English or Tamil. All fake, and they put all the blame on Agoda. I have attached proof of booking and payment. My booking amount was Rs 3024, but they asked me to give an extra Rs 500 for the air conditioner. When I asked them whether the air conditioner facility was already mentioned in the room facilities, then why are you asking for extra money? Then they say they don't know and they can't do anything. As it was late at night, it was very difficult for me to find a new room, so I paid an extra Rs 500. They are really frauds. I'm posting this because tomorrow you also may be a victim of these guys, so don't book here. So many hotels are available here nearby, which is not at all showing on any online site. Thank you

Place Is decent, but never book this hotel via Agoda because price displayed on Agoda and actual price is different. Hotel asks to pay additional 500 RPS for ac. Perks of this place is it is in prime location near Bus stand and railway station

The manager is very polite and helpful .Tirumala Darshan Ticket counter is right opposite this place (Srinivasa Complex) , very close to the Bus stand , convenient for Local travel . Rooms are budget friendly as well.

The hotel is located in a very congested area which is full of drainage smell,the rooms in the hotel are 100% not worth the money you’d be paying.🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️ The size of the rooms are very small and the maintenance of the room is pretty worst.🙆‍♂️ If your thinking wise then dont evert think of this hotel to stay👋

Good hotel in economical price. Polite and co- operative staff. Clean bathroom. Good service. 24 hrs. Check in.

Staff is very rude i asked for one hour early check in they said room is not clean and they said if you can pay 200 i will give room early and just for one hour early check in they charged 200 extra waste location please dont choose this and waste your money

I am travel agent & book hotel for our group tour. I absolutely unsatisfied with hotel service. 1)Rooms are good for budget clients only. But biggest problem with mosquito in hotel reception and room as well. 2) location of hotel is not good. 3) owner of hotel is good but staff behaviour is not good. Staff harassment is terrific. 4) front view of the hotel is fantastic but it's a clear trapped. Please don't trust. 5) charge you for AC room but in mid night AC power cut from reception by night staff.

Owner of this hotel is good but staffs are not. One of the receptionist tried his best to make a gap of conversation between owner and guest. Service boys are not good. They will cheat you in behalf of service like if you ask them to bring tea, they will bring tea at ₹15 which is getting sold at ₹10 below the hotel. Also if you will ask to bring dinner they will charge you ₹25 for ₹20 chapatti saying that the printed price have been increased. They earn good money by doing this. Hotel owner should look into this to provide good service to the guest. Hotel has small and very minimal space within the room, otherwise hotel is good in cleanliness.
