The room was good, but the bathroom was small. The staff refuse to give the AC remote for guests. He sets the temperature and takes the AC remote. In another room AC doesn't work properly. Even the lift didn’t work. If you need a room in last minute. Then consider this hotel, else you would get better hotels at this price point.

Very worse experience. Arogent and less staff . No any cooperation from staff as well as owner . We request to clean our rooms but no response from reception even highlight twise.they don't have 2nd key of any room. They don't have restaurant in house so note the same . Strongly not recommended . Specialy not suitable for family. No parking.

The location serves your needs pretty well, adjacent to the railway station by the tacks. The rooms are decent and can be a little noisy with the trains nearby at times. The service isn't the best though, hot water is hard to get by and internet connectivity is bad.

Earlier, the hotel's maintenance was very good, but nowadays, it isn't as good. Charging ₹1800 for two people seems expensive considering the provided facilities Only one benefit near the railway station.

Lots of problem at hotel. No hot water .No support from staff. They are not solve problems and incurred lots of money as rent.

First they'll accept the bookings and payment from the website and upon reaching their they'll say we r not tied up with them and we didn't receive any confirmation message also and they'll not provide u rooms and even make you wait for more than 2 hrs and say we can't provide u rooms ....such a worst service n moreover worst management who doesn't know how to speak...worst experience Please don't book ua rooms here 🙏

Worst hotel. Lot of cockroaches and bugs everywhere in room. No cleanliness at all. No room service and staff people has lot of attitude. There is no safe parking also. Overall useless hotel. Waste of money.

"This hotel is extremely dirty and not recommended. The hygiene is terrible with cockroaches and flies everywhere. Please avoid staying at this hotel.
