Itsy Hotels Riyas Grand

Rooms were in decent condition, bathroom is clean but hot water availability was an issue during our stay. Staff confirmed availability of hot water in 5-10 min but when asked it took more than hrs probably cause we had bath with normal water only. So they need to start heating water early in the morning since it's a centralized system. Apart from that no concern it's a decent place to stay for the night. Parking is on the road and since lot of construction is happening...there might be scarcity for parking in coming future..so hotel can consider having a dedicated parking place.

Good place. Easily accessible. This is an ideal place to stay for those who wants to climb Alipiri steps to Tirumala as it is pretty close by. There is warm water with switch off a button. Anyone with twin bed expects at least two towels to be served in the room. But, we found only one provided and hence reducing a star on the rating

We were three people, Image had 2 beds for 3 adults on website while booking but actually there was only 1 bed for 2 people. Cost is high for the room they provided. Didn’t reach the expectations.

I recently stayed at Itsy By Treebo - Riyas Grand in Tirupati and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Alipiri Road, which makes it an excellent choice for those visiting the Tirumala temple. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and courteous throughout my stay.

Very poor rooms, bathrooms are stinky. Pathetic! Have made a complaint to treebo for allowing such hotels to use their brand name. Not even worth for half the price.

I booked 2 deluxe rooms for 1day, Bed and AC is good, bathrooms are not good, soap is out. We extended our stay for 1 more day due to personal reasons and tried cancelling it in the next day morning, they charged us half room cost for both rooms, about Rs.1500, we didn’t like this behaviour. Even-though, the stay is somewhat ok, I don’t recommend this hotel.
