Everything is best for this hotel if you are looking for stay option in Tirupati. I also searched a lot in Agoda, booking.com and all for decent option in Tirupati and then finalise this. I will stay here every time (if GOD Tirupati called me as without his call you cannot go there) I will stay in this hotel. Very good hospitality from Mr Murali and team .I stayed in room no 201 with garden view . Only thing is Resturant is not there in this hotel but you can get very good food options within 5 minutes of walking distance. The room , bath room with complimentary 1 liter water bottle , proper working AC & TV ,no sign of bed bugs or cockroach with ample space for keeping belongings , CCTV security you can choose for your family and friends. The best thing is its location , which is only 5 minutes from the entry and exit point from Tirumala.

Very peaceful place..... staff is excellent Rooms are really good, very hygienic. The admin MR naveen is very good ND very helping nature people from telengana hyderabad plz come ND stay here it's 1 of the best hotel in tirupati

We stayed in non AC with kids. Very spacious rooms, very neat n clean rooms n restrooms.. highly recommended.. budget friendly

We had booked non AC room. There was no proper ventilation. Towels and bedsheets were not clean.

This place provides a fantastic Staying facility. Cost wise affordable . The room was quite large with a neat and clean manner. Fantastic location in front of town Park. Should have greater windows to enjoy the outside view from the room. Hotels should consider a cloth drying facility for the guests. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Nice room and location it is near to kapila teertham. You can easily board the temple bus and get down the bus

Budget stays. Great location. Only downside, they don't have an in-house restaurant. But, they get you food from a hotel next door. Parking arrangements are better than any other hotel.
