RKC Residency - By Nikki Hospitality

The Location is very near the Alipiri tolgate and they rooms are very cleaned, maintaining very good, best to stay for families. Thank you Mr. RK for your wonderful hospitality.

We were stayed with family in RKC Residency, They were given very good response and guidance to us for our entire Tirupati visit. Really happy for the information what they provided. I saw some negative reviews on this but they have improved more than the expectations on providing the facilities. Really happy stay with RKC Residency. I would recommend to all for budget stay in Tirupati.

I am out of words to explain how terrible our experience was. I went ahead and booked it based on ratings however all positive reviews turned out to be fake and result in a pathetic experience. The room was so small and was converted out of kitchen. The washroom was stinking with no proper sanitary fittings. The hand shower and the body shower weren't working No water bottle and soap , towels were provided. This is a worst ever experience for us wrt hotel. despite paying decent amount we were treated as if we are staying for free in some dharamsala 😡

The room is good for the price, it's neat and clean. The hotel is in the inner streets as opposed to on the main road so there is less vehicle noise. The service is excellent, the owner helps a lot, he took me to the atm and to some local shopping for essentials as well. Overall 10/10 if you are looking for a perfect budget stay!

dirty sheets. the toilet doesn't have a flush and you have to fill the bucket every time. noisy customers until late and the staff did not intervene. to avoid

Excellent Hospitality provided by Nikki Hospitality with a neat and well sanitized low budget rooms, TV, A/C and 24 hours hot water facility is available. Services provided by the management is really awesome. I recommend to every one.

Rooms are excellent, Very neat and good looking place with A/C, TV, Wi-fi, Hot water facilities and services are also very good. Highly recommended pleasant stay for everyone, very near to Alipiri and Kapilatheertham. Large number of group people (20 nos) also will stay.

We stayed for 3 days in 3 Rooms ,it was excellent Ac Rooms/Beds/Tv/Hot water /Wifi/Neatness and office bay everything was nice ,
