Hotel Pai Viceroy, Tirupathi

I booked this hotel by email, very easy, the GM Mr. Madan himself was communicating during the booking, Checkin/check out was prompt smooth. Staff are very polite and helpful. The 100% veg restaurant was the attraction and good. BF was Ok. Room was clean. Price appears to be a little high compared to overall level of services and facilities.

Excellent stay, Superb service, Very Professional staff, quick service. Good breakfast buffet,conveniently located for Visit of lord venkatewara,Well maintained property. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and were super impressed with how well it is managed. I would like to make special mention of the front desk manager,Mr.B.Balachandra who was very cordial and helped with a refund on account of early check out due to personal issues. He followed all rules and guidelines and did all talking to concerned management.I am grateful to him and the staff!

It was a very comfortable and convenient stay. Staff were very cooperative, decent, well explained and helpful. Food was also tasty and had varieties. I would like to recommend strongly that it is wirth staying here. Value for money. Close to Tirumala and on the main road

My check in was quick and smooth. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping services needs to improve. We had to ask for replacement of towels. Restaurant food - vegetarian- was very good. Overall our stay was comfortable. All of liked the hotel and its facilities.

Great reception on arrival by Trisha and team. Well maintained by Sumalatha and housekeeping staff. Overall stay and food was great. Good location and ample parking with valet service. Availed their cab service for Tirumala darshan and process was smooth.

Hotel was well maintained and clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good more than 15 items, live coffee, tea counter, kitchen staff took care of baby food and milk needs. Staff was very kind, helpful and professional, very quick check in.

Good well maintained room, nice restaurant with lot of options. Near to alipiri was easy to travel. Would like to visit next year as well. Very friendly staff, has a valet parking facility, attends promptly. Overall had q good 2 days stay at Pai viceroy.

I am highly disappointed with my experience in Pai viceroy.|To begin with website shows the picture of superior room with two separate beds and I had requested for such a room well in advance through mail. But the manager at the hotel insisted that you don't have such rooms at all. ?? In that case please remove the picture ; it is misleading. |You claim 24 hours check in , but inspite of informing the day before of my arrival time , the reception desk cut a sorry face saying room is not ready. Finally when the room was ready , I was shocked to find a stinky bathroom , a very small room. I had to complain to change to a different room.|Only one shampoo and shower gel was placed in the room given for two people. No hand towel. Towel was old and torn.Every small thing had to be asked to get.|During dinner , we were given torn menu books, Thaali was listed but not available. Starters were served but no sauce were placed on table.|The staff behaviour is very laid back, very lethargic to the extent of giving the guest an unwanted feel . No attention to detail, every small thing had to be asked and only then we get.|Your hotel charges exorbitant amount for the service (or rather the lack of it) that you provide.|Extremely bad experience . I felt embarrassed to have booked this hotel for my guest. I felt let down too because I had stayed in better hotels with lesser charges earlier.
