Hotel O Kapila Theertham Near Alipiri

Booked AC Room But, there was NO AC, NO Toiletries, No Towels. Dirty Room. They didn't even provide a water bottle. Check-in Denied and I was waiting talking to customer care at 10.30 PM. And after talking so much time they gave different and very dirty room. Zero Recommendation for this Hotel. Not worth for ₹1000. Rude receptionist asking why are you booking online without checking the room directly.

Very badly managed. Bedsheets are very dirty. Counter guy is very unprofessional and rude. Misleads you.

Wrong google location, dirty Lenin’s, old building but painted, no hot water only warm water that to before 8am one bucket, bathroom smelly not good. Only good thing I found is staff behavior
