OYO 9349 Hotel Swaagat Residency

There is no water in room, flush is not working. Breakfast is provided to customers after asking many times and with very limited quantity. All items of breakfast got finished before breakfast time. Service is so poor. After checkout hotel is charging 10rsper litre for tap water. We asked to prepare oats meal for our kid and we were ready to pay but hotel refused. I don't suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. This hotel is under Oyo flagship but the quality and service is worst.

It's a good placement only thing is that ac was not working in our room. There is no place for parking of bike. U have to park in hot sun. It has a restaurant. Taste is good. From there easily you can get buses.

Hotel location is at entrance of ring road however rooms are too small. Everything looks good but problem with hot water, there is no gyser instead solar heater but we would not get hot water. Rest all is good.

Nice room pleasing staff! They even gave room for refreshing once we are back aft darshan as we handed over b4 going for darshan. Centre for both thirichannur and bus stand and railway station. All with 50 rs auto distance

We stayed here for 1 night ...Room was comfortable and clean.....AC, TV, Geyser was working properly.....they don't have working restaurant but as this hotel recently become OYO property fully, they are going to open in house restaurant soon ...They arranged Breakfast for us from outside and it was awesome...Staff was courteous and ready to help 24*7...I recommend this hotel as good budget option.

Horrid experience!! Over priced for the facilities!! Not hygenic as well!! Bedspread was not even washed, stinking bathroom, no toiletries were provided!! There was a power cut n even the generator was not available!! I will definitely not recommend!!

Many think to improve like bathroom are small there is no provision for hanging cloth & Almera is there but useless no hanger or pipes. For putting use or unused cloths after that staff is good with room service

Booked through OYO. Value for money. Not too far from Railway station or Bus stand. Staff is friendly and responding to the requirements. In-house hotel is OK. Other food options too available nearby. Hotel need better cleaning and maintenance.
