DJ Grand Hotel Tirupati

A terrible place to stay in Tirupati with unprofessional staff. They demand extra charges for everything, even though I had a complimentary check-in. The receptionist, in particular, carries an unwarranted attitude that’s completely inappropriate for front desk staff. The rooms and bathrooms are filthy. Stay here at your own risk.

Friendly management n friendly staff we are happy with their food and services.we 😍 loved dj grand. Rates are reasonable, centrally located,24 hrs service and hot water. Every one can stay happily ❣️

The stay at DJ Grand was dreadful. The staff, especially the receptionist, was extremely rude and dismissive of customer concerns. The bathrooms and bedsheets were dirty, and both the AC and TV were not functioning properly. Despite multiple calls, the support staff provided little to no assistance. It seems like the positive reviews are likely posted by the staff themselves, as they match the faces from the front desk. I strongly advise against visiting DJ Grand with your family due to their poor customer service and unprofessional behavior.

Budgeted hotel,rates are very reasonable, my family happy to stay here, friendly management. They provided car also good service. Really awesome in all aspects.

We came for temple friends 10persons 5rooms with double occupancy we ask for vehicle also they arranged tempo travel. rooms and food are very hygiene. Especially mix veg fried rice are awesome really we are happy. Rooms are spacious, friendly management and staff we 😍 loved it.
