Very Bad Experience. It's below standard Hotel. I don't recommend. We took 3 Rooms. They shifted into Rooms. Now, No AC was working, Even whole night no water was there. They shifted into another room, where, washroom was very dirty and water Tap was not working. Flush was broken and room was very dirty. They cheat on the name of International. Even Oyo is better.

Very Poor Experience at Hotel Udayee International My stay at Hotel Udayee International on 11th April was extremely disappointing. The room was not well-maintained, and the overall condition was far from acceptable. The bathroom was in very bad shape – it was not clean, and the flush wasn’t working properly, which made it really uncomfortable. The air conditioner barely worked, and there were hardly any proper lights in the room, making it feel gloomy and unwelcoming. I raised these issues with the staff, but there was no proper response or effort to fix them. Overall, I had a very unpleasant stay. The hotel did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not recommend it to others. Definitely not worth the money.

Horrible. If there will be no option, then only one can stay. Bathrooms are very dirty. No tea kits available. I have ordered tea but got coffee instead. When I raised my issue, the Manager started arguing and fighting with me. Furthermore, there were TV installed but without any cable connection. Behaviour of Manager is horrible. Rates are high 8n comparison to the service and facilities. I would not suggest to stay here unless you don't have any other option to stay.

1. Room Reservation - Average I should say. I called to one person booked room for a price but when I reached hotel they said they didn't say that price and asked for more. Very unprofessional front desk staff. I had no other choice but to book room for higher costs. 2. Rooms - We are a couple and booked a standard room. It's very small and no ventilation. Room smelled like cigarettes and shit. Very old style and we didn't liked it but had to stay like that 3. Room Amenities - They said free wifi but didn't shared the password. Front desk didn't even reminded us about the free wifi. Such a stupid management. TV DTH was not working. AC was working ok atleast, thank god. 4. Hygeine - Bed linens were not clean, it had stains and kind of smell. Pillow covers were bad. We called room service boys and asked to change everything. I didn't feel comfortable while sleeping on the beds. 5. Bathrooms - Tirumala public toilets were better than these bathrooms. Worst bathrooms I have ever seen in hotels. They named this hotel as "Udayee International" but the standard and maintenance was terrible. They said bathrooms were about to be renovated, who knows when they will do that renovation. There are cockroaches in the bathroom and the tap looked like a tube. When turned on water falls on the opposite wall instead of falling in the bucket. Lol 😂😂. I was so frustrated about the Bathroom's condition 6. Others - This hotel has a complementary breakfast. But they said it will be for next day while checking out. We had to check out, keep all the Luggage near front desk and again go to 5th or 6th floor for the breakfast. Food was ok in quality and quantity. Not too bad. This hotel do not have in house restaurant which is a big drawback. Room service took half an hour just to bring coffee on the first day and for the next day they said room service staff didn't show up and they can't serve coffee. I can write another 6 para but don't want to waste more of my time. I want to give -3 rating

Extremely Disappointing Stay Experience. I would like to share my disappointment with the overall experience during my recent stay. The service quality was very poor, and I faced multiple issues that made the stay uncomfortable. Below are the concerns: Poor maintenance and hygiene Early check-in charges being applied as per staff convenience Unstable or non-functional internet/Wi-Fi connection TV recharge not done and remotes not working Cockroaches spotted in the bed and bathroom, extremely unhygienic Breakfast quality was substandard and not at all satisfactory

Very bad experience - totally not worth the price they charge. - Rooms window doesn’t close- i checked 2 rooms. - Unclean bathrooms - all broken fittings nothing works even water doesn’t come properly - No house keeping - Had to ask 10 times for watter bottles - No wifi for apple phones - no coffee or tea mixes Only the location is good except for that it’s not even worth half the price they charge. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone else.

No proper room service nor adequate staff. Rooms are very compact with very low light conditions. Vishnu niwas 100% better compared to this international hotel. Most of the reviews are either paid or fake. Better avoid.

The worst hotel in Tirupathi ever in my experience. The AC remote isn't working. The flush isn't working. There was absolutely no water because of a water pipeline leak, which the hotel staff knew about in advance but still permitted. The worst service. No mug and bucket until we asked for them. Udayee International lacks basic amenities, just for the name it says interntional   . Oyo room is a better option. Waste of giving 1 star also
