Shivaparvati Guest House TIRUMALA

The rest house is at a location where nothing is nearby. For food or anything at all you have to drive 15 mins atleast. Checked into the hotel in the evening just to realize they have no handsoap or towels. Such an inconvenience. Didn't have transport to go anywhere and we had to manage somehow. How do they expect pilgrims to stay there who have to shower to go temple? The room and bathroom were okay but had moth flies. It felt Iike they hadn't changed the sheets in a long time. The blanket given was definitely not washed and when we asked for an extra sheet they said not available which seemed like a lie since there were other empty rooms. The house manager was rude and would murmur to himself when asked for something. It felt like he was doing a favor to us. In all, we regretted booking this place and I do not trust the good reviews given for this place. There are other better places nearby.

Neat clean guest house, with hot water facility round the clock, but defenitely costly at Rs. 3000/ per day. The staff are very particular about the check in - out time. Finding out the location on google map is the only way to locate the place Room service is poor.

Not worth the 3.5k we spent on this room for a night's stay. Asked for extra blanket in the night, which they did not have. Room was clean bathroom was good. But service not so good.
