Worst rooms Not clean No hygiene Stinky bed and best sheets Washroom sticks and not clean Looks cool and good from outside but inside it’s a horrible mess Over priced Staffs are rude Total worst ever experience also if u are looking for clean room or never ever turn up here. After paying such high price u feel u r sleeping on road side, bathroom is like public toilets worst than that. And fans will switch off automatically and never come alive. Totally not worth it not comfortable-also not good for health.

The buildings are currently being renovated, but they offer clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. It’s advisable to book in advance. The location is also very close to the temple. Some construction and plumbing work is still ongoing, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

A new stay place right next to the temple and has easy access to the mada Street. The room was big. The place doesn't offer toiletries and towels which is a minus and we weren't prepared for this.

Very spacious rooms and near by the Darshan entry. Bathrooms are smelly and badly maintained. There is ample car parking . But parking lot has foul toilet smell. They collect advance equivalent to room rent and that too only in cash. This is very inconvenient to pilgrims. AC remote doesn’t work .

A good option for accommodation at tirumala. Good and very cooperative staff. But very bad Security personnel. They feel and talks as if they are the owners of Karnataka Bhavan. Very bad behavior.

Being from the construction field I was awestrucked that how can somebody build with cheap quality material like this. Architect has done his job really great but whoever executed, they really really ruined it. The concreting is not upto mark. The painting job is worst. The appliances and wood work in good. Civil contractor will definitely go to hell for executing this kind of work. It was leaking everywhere, bathrooms are compulsoryily leaking. If you get non leaking bathrooms then you are lucky. They need to put the grouting again. Don't expect the cleanliness. Bedspread and bedsheets are not changed after every stay /not washed. It looks dirty. The stay worth only 100-300 per day. The staffs are worst in behaviour as they are employed by government. You know their standard behaviour. To do list for Karnataka government Remove these staffs and put privately employed staff or agency staff. Subcontract maintenance to some reputed agency. Everyday cleaning protocol should be enabled. Also the premises or staffs allow travellers from all states. I thought only Karnataka people are allowed here. (Not sure what's the rule)

Stayed in Aihole Block. Situated at Good location. Hot water available 24 hrs. Rooms are good. Deposit collected in cash and more than the room rent.

Nice rooms in Tirumala. One has to book in advance. Rooms could have been maintained well. Prices are bit high. Have to deposit only via cash.
