Good facility. It's basically double bedroom flats converted as service apartments. Its remote and there is no shopping nearby. So it's better you get whatever you want beforehand. The facility lacks an in house kitchen and hence you will also not get a tea or a snack at odd hours. Good staff but crippled due to the lack of amenities like kitchen and due to the location of the facility.

One of the best service apartments in Tirupati. The tariff is cost effective, a real value for money. The service of the staff is also highly commendable. Would highly recommend this hotel for short or long duration stays. The apartment is located in a very good location in a residential place surrounded with beautiful hills full of greenery. You would need to take a separate auto or cab to reach this place as it is in the interiors and not right next to a main road.

A very good place to stay of you are visiting Tirupati or tirumala. I booked it via Oyo and a very satisfied customer. The cost is very reasonable and the rooms are spacious and very well maintained.its spice and span present inmids of a very good residential complex. You good ample space for parking in open area. Good for family travellers and with kids, you have your own place, it's a proper 2bhk appartment. The room service guys are awesome and they are very polite and helpful.i recommend it to everyone.

Not at all good place to stay. Room was not cleaned properly. Balcony was also very dirty (missed out to take pics). Management is also worst. We booked for 5 members but they refused to provide one extra bed. They specified that we can't provide you extra bed though booking is made of 5 members only. But yeah Breakfast quality was good. Instead of giving 1 star, I Will give 2 star as this hotel is still better than hotels near srinivasa complex with even higher cost.

Rooms are spacious and clean. No transport facility from the hotel, have to walk to get one. Maps does not show the exact location. Hotel management is cooperative and understands the food needs and accommodated an additional person without any questions in our case.

I would like to tell few facts, I went with my 5yr old daughter in our car and stayed there. Unfortunately they could not assist with milk also. They don't have a in house cook for basic snacks. There is no security. Fortunately we went in a car so we managed with gps to find restaurants, those without vehicle will be handicapped. The toilet is not clean, the shower is rusted and when you open, it leaks from everywhere. This place can be improved by keeping a bit tidy and with in house cook. Nothing is in close proximity.

Please dont ever book this hotel.!!!!!! They don't have basic customer support ethics. My booking (4 rooms) was confirmed 1 month before after doing some advance payment. On the day when I visited the hotel along with family they told that they have cancelled tie up with oyo and same was communicated to oyo. Then I called oyo, Even oyo people could not support me as they know these people's cheap gimmicks. We could observe some foreigners around the campus. The fact was that they allowed the foreigners to stay on the same day for which my booking was confirmed. They might have got some high bucks 💵 and because of that they have trashed my booking. 😡

1. Good to live peacefully bcoz it's far from traffic (Almost 3 to 4km away) 2. No canteen but guys there will try to help you get food from nearby restaurant. 3. Complimentary Breakfast - Not at all happy. I observed majority of people don't use this as thy will be running for darshanam. So we have ti ask them for complimentary(That is 2 Pcs of Idli) 3. Wifi is not working in rooms. We have to come out to corridor to use this. 4. Location is very near to jeevana (which means roads are not yet built. (Kadha roads). I arrived at 8pm at this place and I couldn't see anything /anyone on the road(very remote). So, if you are travelling with infants ir kids, be prepared.
