I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a well-maintained toilet. But the TV was not functional for my entire period of stay for three days. The location of the hotel is convenient as very near to the Railway station and lot of food option / restaurants are available near by. The hotel is just beside the lane of Sri Govind Raja Swami Temple and the temple is visible from the balcony of the hotel. A unique feature is the 24-hour checkout policy, allowing you to check out exactly 24 hours after your check-in, no matter the time. Overall, a comfortable experience.

We chose this place by going through the user reviews. This was the best option which is walkable to tirupati railway station. However this being my first time in Tirupati I did not feel Sujan residency was up to the mark. It is very congested. Had cockroaches. Washroom door had worn out, spider webs hanging in washroom. Limited time hot water. Room service was not available. As we stayed for one night. Not aware if actions were taken

My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. They assigned me a low-quality room, which seemed to be a common practice for online bookings. The staff’s attitude was unwelcoming, which added to the frustration. 😞 The amenities were severely lacking: - No towels provided 🚫🛁 - Only a single bucket of hot water allowed per person, and shockingly, it’s the same bucket they use for mopping! 🚫💧🧽 - No Wi-Fi (poor network coverage overall) 🚫📶 - TV was non-functional (wrong remote given) 📺❌ - No laundry service 🚫🧺 - No dustbin in the room 🚮❌ Out of the 25 advertised amenities, 15 were unavailable. This place is entirely commercial with minimal attention to guest comfort. 👎 I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We also manage a 10-room hotel in Annavaram, and the quality there is significantly better. MakeMyTrip should take note of the time and frustration it took to write this honest review. 😤

We had a pleasant stay for 2 days in 337 and 338. This place is near Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple and walkable distance to nearby local eateries & railway station. Staff are friendly and the location is convenient. Overall, a comfortable experience with good facilities!

Location is the plus point.Very near to the railway station and market which saves a lot of time to travel here and there. Rooms are neat and clean with very attentive attendants. Bathroom had both hot and cold water which was another plus point. And yes didn't get any complaints about anything. Cost Was quite affordable .

I have taken night 10:00 PM on Saturday, AC room for 6 members, charged 2800 for 24 hours. Area good very near Railway station.

The strength of this place is its proximity to the bus stand, the railway station and Vishnu nivasam. A reasonable place not luxury and easy on your pocket. Ideal for a short stay. A 2 minute walk to Vishnu nivasam and a 5 min ride on an auto to railway and bus stand.
