Hotel O Vijayawada Near Railway Station

3 major issue: 1)room check in time, not guidance on which floor in the room and how to do any things. 2)check in after room hot water hot water is not available. Immediately I will inform, but management will not arrange the hitter.             3)TV also not working properly. , I Informed, but management come and check easy tell with TV hanging issue not arranged. Every thing worst management... Very bad experience... 😏😏

For people who want under 2k stay (without kitchen or atched hotel) but are afraid of OYO , this is definitely good stay . I was afraid too but saw other families too who are staying there and felt at ease. and about the room .. room was decent sized , and AC was in perfect condition, bedsheets were cleaned but doeant look good so we asked to change the single sheet and it was done immediately over which we used our own bedsheet , pillows were good … And washroom is also good nicely cleaned and decent hotwater is available . So all in all my First time Oyo experience with family went good.. we also left our luggage in loby after checkout and it was held there till we came back

1. They're fraud 2. Despite booking in advance and information they don't care 3. No water bottle available in the premises even for chargeable 4. They don't shift to AC room despite booking for the same and AC isn't working in the room. I've spoken with customer service and waiting for the solution yet and it's sleepless night. Pathetic service.

1. No Parking facility 2. Hotel management or Staff is not responsible for your vehicle 3. The rooms are not clean I don't recommend this hotel.
