Hotel Urban Delight

Room was ok but not at all like in pictures on the app. We were deceived by the classy room pics but the actual room was quite average. Bathroom had drainage issues. Location is good, right on the highway. Car parking is below the flyover in front of the hotel. Food in room dining was good and quantity was great. Service was good.

Had the filthy and the worst nightmare experience here Rooms were dirty floor’s have been not cleaned since a long while there were cockroaches around the floor. Washrooms were dirty enough as much as it could be water gun was not functioning properly and there was no exhaust fan in working condition For 24hr check-in they have charged around 3360rs were also much higher for these sort of worst maintanence rooms I don’t recommend this hotel to any one The only thing was good about this hotel was the staff.

Did a last minute booking to Urban Delight for one night and was fortunate to get a good room. The staff were friendly and helpful, greeting us when we saw them and also asking for feedback on what could be done better. The room was quite clean and spacious, the toilet area could do with some minor renovation but otherwise the facilities were pretty great. Thank you Suresh for your hospitality and professionalism, it was truly a delightful stay and we hope to visit again in the future!

Good hotel, the staff are good and polite. But on the first day of our visit the blankets were muddy and tv not working, though reported the staff didn't respond and the sink of bathroom is also not good. After one day the staff changed our room and then all was good.

Worst of the worst hotel we have ever seen. fraud to the core gang in this hotel. They r willing to charge more than the price committed with the customer,If the customer is not cousious. Vary cheap mentality manager. I suggest to stay away. If not, YOU WILL BE LOOTED! Not even a single star

Arranged a farewell party on 5th April 24'. The hall was absolutely perfect for 100 people with good ambience and music system. The food they have arranged was absolutely amazing and sufficient. The service was also outstanding and staff and manager were very much cooperative and well behaved. Suggesting people of vijayawada to have your party arranged there. And price is also affordable as per the area and ambience of the hall.

Trust me worst experience 1) no parking we need to park below the flyover on road 2) there is a person named Bharat when asked about our rooms ,we were told to wait as they are cleaning the rooms worst management we booked two rooms online just for a night to stay , instead of apologize for the wait and delay they blamed customers that we have to inform them what kind of room we want seriously how are we supposed to know what kind of bed rooms available twin beds or king size bed . He argued and blamed us worst attitude never expected such kind of behaviour in vijaywada . Room stinks, food below average ,no parking definitely not worth it . You will regret it small rooms don't know how the some reviews are so positive about rooms (fake reviews)

We had Mehendi function at hotel urban delight. Arrangements and Food was awesome. Manager Ranganath helped us in selecting the food menu. The dishes were very delicious. Thanks for making our day memorable
