Hotel Aira

Location is good. However the staffs are very untrained. The breakfast started very late at 8.30 am both the days I was there . The key cards get deactivated and the reception doesn’t have network, the rooms AC doesn’t function properly. Lot of scope for improvement.

Service and Staff are bad. The property is good and located at a convenient junction however maintenance & service is poor. The staff are quite unfriendly and didn’t care to help. Parking assistant didn’t help in luggage and there was no bellboy to guide or show you the room. The reception desk people were cold and have to ask multiple times for anything and they do not even lift the phone when called from the room. Breakfast buffet items were tasty but many items were finished even at 9 am (breakfast timing was from 8am to 10:30am, staff didn’t care to refill and service was extremely slow. Room maintenance was poor as in bathroom lot of loose fitted items and bucket was broken. Biggest fraud was even though room was mentioned to have king size bed, they kept queen size bed and when asked to change they mentioned that all of their rooms have queen bed only.

The bed was a king sized bed and the mattress was queen sized and it was uncomfortable. In the booking area it was written king sized but when we went there they said it a queen sized mattress. The bucket was broken, the place where you keep soap was broken, very dim lighting and the room was kind of unclean and was smelling like ciggerates. When we went to have breakfast, everything was over and they were not even filling anything, they were saying 2 minutes for past half an hour. Finally at the last they gave something. In the morning we also had ordered tea which was 80 rupees each and the tea tasted like water mixed with milk powder and tea powder. Overall I did not like the experience. I am not satisfied.

The room is quite spacious. Having Working table with chair. A Sofa to relax. Good storage space. Having Fridge also. Interior design and Lighting was good.

Personally I liked the hotel because of the reasonable price and quality of stay. Rooms are clean and good, Valet parking is available. Quality of food was good as well.

Visited with family. Safe and hygienic accommodation. Customer service, hospitality and ambience were really good. Rekha, executive and Rajeshwari, GSA provided good support. Rooms were kept clean and parking facility was seamless.

I think this Hotel Building or Location has some Issues. Stayed here for one Night at 5th Floor but I felt some strange Building vibrations and Swinging experiences.

Enjoyed Breakfast in this Hotel restaurant. 250/+GST for unlimited Breakfast. Taste is good and Staff behavior is also good.
