Staro Hotel - Hotel In Vijayawada

I’m not sure how this hotel has received 5-star ratings from others. I stayed there last Friday and had a disappointing experience. The staff’s customer service and communication were lacking, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. When I requested water for the room, they refused, saying that it wasn’t included in my booking and that I’d have to buy it myself. While I understand charging for additional water, the first round should be provided as a basic amenity. I had also booked an extra mattress, but they wouldn’t provide an extra blanket, telling me to make do with a bedsheet. The sheets they gave were unclean and had an unpleasant odor. I’m surprised others have rated this hotel highly, as the service and hospitality really need improvement. There’s plenty of competition, so please keep this in mind.

First of all there was no toilet soap and shampoo pouches in the hotel , secondly the tv wasn't working. And it was a hard and fast rule for the pre payment of the room tareef. The staff was not at all co-operative over here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Before check in they used to give a discounted price while the time of check out they used to increase price and demanding for extra prices and the staff one old person such a rude person he is,I prefer there is no safety here without our permission they used to enter our rooms if we went out of the hotel . I had an excellent stay at Vijayawada. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend for anyone visiting at Vijayawada

The only Motel in my 15 years of travel experience that refused complementary water to it's guests. Money 1st and humanity next mind set. No basic curiosity exists. 🥰

It was a pleasant stay I was very happy with the service and there is no restaurant out there Besides the hotel 🛏️ there was a dhaba There you can get all kinds of food items and they will serve you at the hotel Room are quite good and nice stay Don't expect much Price is bit higher when I compare to other hotels with that price range 😞 They won't provide at least sope and brush 🪥 atleast I was disappointed 😔 with that

Very bad experience, it was so costly... For one small room the cost was 1700/-, which was out of the city... And the rooms, toilets bedsheets everything was dirty... I found many bugs and liese on pillow covers... Very bad experience and they didn't provide hot water for drinking also.. For little big room the cost was 2800/-, I highly don't reccommend..
