OYO 26723 Rb Residency

It is an awesome place for people who expect privacy from others also it's almost outside the city so there is no disturbance you'll get access to anyplace at any time from here also we can order the food. The room service is good they're very polite and gentle. They responds very quickly. The hotel will be on the 3rd floor and lift accessibility is also available. The ambience of the room was very good and they're are sanitizing for every checkin. Totally a worth visiting place both for family and couples.

It's the good hotel to stay in the budget hotel but little bit far from the main city. Ambience and hospitality is nice at that price. Less parking facility available. Complementary breakfast will provide by the management bit not good. Need to improve the maintainence.

The ambience is good. The hospitality is good. The cleanliness is good. I felt comfortable for all my stay at the hotel. Complimentary breakfast. If you feel uncomfortable they will take care of that as soon as possible.

Worst hotel I have checked in ever. They have a teenager as Receptionist and he don't know how to speak with the customers. This hotel is not safe for newly wed couples or family. The room which they allotted me had full of unwanted items in the cupboard. I was hardly in the hotel for 2 hours and checked out immediately. Do stay away from this hotel, don't get carried away by the pics they show in booking sites.

Rooms are looking good ... But too expensive and they can't even provide a jug of normal water .. not worth to pay 1500 per room in such Panchayat location ... Worst service. Other hotels for this tarrif will atleast provide a bottle of water and soap. Pls avoid

On the main roads but far from important places. Booked through OYO with Rs 135 extra for breakfast which was not worth it as it was bought wrapped in a news papers cooked on the road side. Hot water was not provided and the reason given was "cloudy sky". I wonder how OYO bought this under them. Will not be suggesting it to anyone.

Don't book rooms in this hotel and don't use Agoda to book the rooms. They are fraudsters. If you book rooms and go to hotel then hotel guys will say Agoda is a fraud company and they are cheating customers. Hotel guys will not give you the rooms. They cheated us very badly. We are trying to file a case on Agoda and hotel guys. Already contacted police department, providing all the necessary details to them.

Very bad management...given booking with agoda...At the time of check in ...they said that...they have no relation with agoda...and no room booked with the booking id...i lost my money with this booking...the hotel booking is fraud...dont prefer this hotel...its 10 km long to vijayawada city also..
