Not recommended. Denying check-in at the hotel. Worst behaviour from the staff. They will say the rooms are available while booking but if someone pays more then they will allocate our rooms for them and say rooms are occupied.

Worst experience. We booked a room through oyo, called the property and told we would be reaching by early morning 5am. They assured everything would be ready. We reached with my family including 2 toddlers at 5.07am and the gate was locked. We had to call them continuously over phone for 38 minutes to open the gate. The gate was opened at 5.45am and, they said no room is available now!!! Extremely bad behavior from the staffs who opened the gate too. They were just arrogantly saying, no room, please clear away to my family with 2 toddlers at 5.45am winter!!! Tried calling oyo help desk, they asked me to wait for 3 minutes for a callback, so that they can talk to the property owner and ask for the reason for the denial. We waited for 10 minutes more and no call came back from oyo help desk. Pathetic service!!!!
