This new hotel truly impressed with its fantastic location, gandhi nagar The ample rooms were a highlight, boasting a wonderfully clean and fresh ambience that made for a very comfortable stay. Dining at the hotel was a delight; the food was consistently amazing, showcasing a high quality and variety that exceeded expectations. Breakfast, in particular, offered a great selection to start the day right. Perhaps the most standout aspect of this hotel was its staff. Every member we encountered was amazing and genuinely friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and welcoming experience. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly elevated our stay. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for its prime location, excellent accommodations, superb dining, and exceptional service.

My reception was held here on 23-05-2025. It was a great experience overall. Food was excellent, accommodation was comfortable, & the place was very well maintained. Everything was clean and neat, and the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, it was a very satisfying and memorable experience. Thanks to Manager Ramesh garu for his very good behavior and support. He was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.

Just after one week of its opening we booked banquet hall for an engagement event. We went to see the hall next day of its opening many things are still under construction.. but they have handed hall in a very organised manner and food was excellent. All the guests have complemented about food, both breakfast and veg lunch was a big hit. Staff was helpful and rooms were neat and clean. Hotel is very easily locatable. This is preferable function hall for 150-170 members. I have reduced one star because of below reasons. We went early in the morning around 5:45 am and no one was in reception. It took time to get a room and start makeup. Anyone going early it's better inform earlier. Other thing is serving. Breakfast was served late. Welcome drink and snack was supposed to serve but they didn't served and kept it at the backside and many of the guests were not aware of drink being served. Lunch was delayed and some items gave very short serving. But this is the first function in this hotel and they tried to give their best. Overall we had a great experience with Vivaan inn.

Ambience and staff service is very good. We have organised party at banquet hall. Super interior and nice looks. Staff member Jagadish co-ordination is excellent.
