HOTEL ILAPURAM

Great location very close to bus stand and railway station. Buffet brakefast starts at 8 am which is very late. Also they are unorganised..we have to wait for poori etc.. Menu is good. Rooms can be maintained well.. we had ac outlet water leaking inside room. No water bottles.

Very nice place to stay. For the last more than 30 years, it has been there providing quality service to guests. The hotel appears to have been renovated in the recent past. Food is also good. Staff are polite. Prompt service. The rates are also not so high. Location is also very good.

Seems the management lost interest in the restaurant. While the rooms were big and decently kept, the restaurant where morning breakfast was served was full of cockroaches roaming liberally all through. The plates were washed with utmost matter of factly, not bothering a bit about it's cleaning fully. Great part was the attending staff, taking, my complaint about the above again as a matter of fact. The reception guys are good and courteous though. Cleaning is good at the rooms Strangely, in a double occupancy room there is one towel and no napkins. The ilapuram that i know was totally different from now

Restaurant is pathetic in terms of service Basic South Indian Thali is served cold including Sambhar and Rasam Dirty glasses with oil finger prints across and Dirty steel Thalis with dirt and without banana leaves, when we asked to change manager /Supervisor Vijay is giving all logics Looks like staff is unwilling to do a good job reflects bad on management and leadership

Headstrong, greedy & arrogant reception folks, don’t know how to respect customers. They add hidden charges to the bill & claim this is a rule here, food is worst in the restaurant, don’t deliver food but bill will be arranged completely.

I have very bad experience, Ilapuram hotel management are not allowed my male employe to my room. He clays to attempt zoom meeting , he don’t have facility ,finally he is not attend meeting because of hotel management. he lost his job thanks for Ilapuram

Very famous hotel once upon a time. Need to visit once and have food. Maintained well by the team. Very accessible and well known place.

We stayed here for a couple of days;the worst part among all was the complimentary breakfast it was so worst ;is this a 3star hotel?? The no. Of breakfast dishes were so less, quantity which they've arranged at the buffet breakfast corner was not all sufficient for everyone,even if we order dosas they are so small,we had to adjust somehow, staff is very limited..bro needs to hire some min educated staff as said a 3 star hotel!! General day& night time ordered food is tasting good ;but not at the all the same with the complimentary buffet why ❓ Rooms were good enough;I've given the 3 star rating mainly for rooms & bathrooms; clean ,house keeping very well done ✅👍;these people are good & well responding.
