A special mention goes to Saraswathi from the room service team, who provided outstanding service during my stay. Her attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. She ensured that all my needs were met with care and professionalism, making my experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping also deserves high praise for their impeccable work. My room was always spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and respectful of my schedule, ensuring there were no disruptions. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and relaxing, and the level of care provided by hotel, the guest service team, and housekeeping made my stay truly memorable. service was very poor and late, old channel based tv, no hindi channel, no wifi for 8 days (yes), only south indian food for 8 days in break fast same menu. Good nature of staff, room cleaning was fine, no ventilation in washroom, tv remote out of order. Location is excellent.

M5 hotel is the best hotel in Vijayawada |Staff is very cooperative . Breakfast and lunch is very nice . The hotel room was clean and nice and specious. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city and it’s near Benz circle . Friendly welcoming front office staff Mr. Kalyan and Hari Krishna.
