OYO Flagship 80855 HOTEL R GRAND

The first thing they do instead of providing hospitality service, they rob the customer in all possible means. We've booked an AC room for two people for around 700/- just for one night through OYO website online. When we reached the property the person in the reception told that the reservation done is for a Non AC room. Even though he online booking details are clearly mentioned as AC room for two, he still denied to provide us the same and demanded to pay 300/- rupees extra to provide an AC room. Room is also not that great. Definitely not worth for what we have paid. Note: Please try to avoid this hotel/lodge while booking through online portals.

Very bad rooms, bedsheets were extremely bad. No towels provided.
