If I could give 0 stars, I would! This was the WORST hotel experience of my life. From the moment I entered the room, it smelled of dust — and everything confirmed it. The room, furniture, and even the bed were dusty. The bedsheets were clearly used, and when I requested clean ones, the staff simply said: “No, we don’t have any clean bedsheets right now.” Absolutely disgusting. The AC barely worked, the door lock was broken, and cockroaches were crawling everywhere, even on the bed. The bathroom was filthy, with fungus growing on the mug and bucket. To top it off, there was no water in the washroom from 1 AM to 6 AM. The staff were arrogant and refused to help. The receptionist literally told me: “Complain wherever you want.” No drinking water provided either — they expect guests to go outside and buy it. When I decided to cancel, I was told there would be no refund. I had booked through Agoda.com, and when I contacted their support, they said: “If you have so much problem, you can cancel.” But when I asked about a refund or switching to another hotel nearby, they flat-out refused, hiding behind “hotel policy.” Then why suggest cancellation in the first place if you can’t offer a refund or relocation? Totally illogical and unprofessional. This hotel is unhygienic, unsafe, and run by careless staff. Agoda also showed zero customer support in this case. Don’t be fooled by the low price — it’s not worth your money, health, or peace of mind.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had booked two rooms for my family of six through MMT, and the booking clearly mentioned complimentary breakfast for all. But at the hotel, we were shocked when the staff rudely informed us that breakfast was only included for three people, as per their so-called “dashboard.” We tried showing our confirmation details, but they were dismissive and unhelpful. Imagine having elderly parents and family members who traveled long hours, only to be humiliated and left without the most basic expectation—breakfast. It completely ruined our morning and set a sour tone for the trip. As if that wasn’t enough, the rooms were tiny, not properly cleaned, and far from what was shown online. It felt like we had been misled at every step. Deeply disappointed. This place clearly doesn’t care about guests or customer experience. I would never recommend it—especially if you’re traveling with family. Stay away.

This is the worst place that one can stay. Rats have adapted to co-living. Not one faucet works. No doormats near the bathroom. No towels. TV doesn't work, no wifi. And 1300/- for such service. Hideous!

The Location is very good and just adjacent of Big Bazar in Governorpet,However the service and cleanliness are at their worst.Service Staff are not well trained and cleanliness is not a virtue in the rooms to say the least.With a little effort service quality of rooms can vastly increase. Washrooms and showers are mostly defunct with fittings not working in majority of rooms.ACs are also not serviced properly.Are in and around the beds are also not cleaned.A serious inspection on regular basis will go a long way in improving the overall hygiene of each room.Additionally would recommend to atleast give 1 bottled water to each room on daily basis as is the minimum policy at all hotels.

Worst hotel. Waste of money. There is no remote for AC. They provide coil heater. You have to bring the water to the bedroom and need to heat it. No restaurant nearby, even staff don't have answer for near by restaurant/hotel. They charged for complimentary breakfast. But they didn't provide, after asking, they told they will but, but they didn't provide. Premises are dirty, not clean. TV will not work.

A terrible hotel I say. The photos displayed on website or on Agoda or Goibibo are totally fake. The reception itself doesn’t match up to those pictures. The rooms are sub standard. No neatness. No hot water or geyser available. The bathrooms are very dirty. I’ve booked with breakfast for 2 nights and nobody even cared to ask for it. Drinking water also is not available. I had to purchase from Blinkit. The only thing that was complimentary was mosquitoes. Plenty of them!! A terrible experience I say. Even after reading this review, you prefer to stay there, enter at your own risk.
